1. Eligibility

To use ourservices,youmust:

1. Beatleast18 yearsofage.

2. Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.

3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.1 Service Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email.

Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and acceptance by BD Air Care Services.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.

Any overdue payments will be subject to applicable late fees.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel a booking by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds are processed at our discretion and may include administrative charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Service Terms

4.1 House Shifting & Moving Services

Customers are responsible for packing personal belongings unless packing services are requested.

Fragile or valuable items must be disclosed in advance for special handling.

BD Air Care Services is not liable for damages to items not packed or declared properly

4.2 Office Relocation Services

Customers must ensure the availability of necessary permits for moving office equipment.

Delays caused by the customer may incur additional charges.

4.3 Pest Control Services

Customers must provide access to the premises during the scheduled time.

BD Air Care Services is not responsible for outcomes affected by noncompliance with aftercare instructions.

4.4 Air Conditioning Services

All AC repair and installation work will be performed based on the information provided during booking.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing issues with the equipment.

4.5 Water Tank and Septic Tank Cleaning Services

Tanks must be emptied before cleaning unless agreed otherwise during the booking.

BD Air Care Services will not be liable for damages caused by preexisting structural issues.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the service location.

Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work.

Remove any obstacles or hazards that could hinder service delivery

6. Liability and Warranties

6.1 Limited Liability

BD Air Care Services will not be held liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the event of proven negligence.

6.2 No Warranty

We do not guarantee the permanent resolution of issues addressed during service (e.g., recurring pest infestations, AC performance, etc.) unless specified in writing

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bdaircare.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of BD Air Care Services.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
